A great way to get a serving of fruit plus plenty of vitamin C
1 cup strawberries
½ cup of vanilla yogurt
½ cup milk
2 tablespoons sugar (or equivalent amount of sugar substitute)
1 banana (frozen or fresh)
Add ingredients to blender or food processor and whirl until smooth. For thinner consistency, add more milk. For thicker consistency, add 2-3 ice cubes and blend until completely smooth.
Double this recipe and freeze the leftovers in individual serving-size containers.
