Talmadge Fitness & Wellness is conveniently located at 1319 S. Main Street, McCormick. 

We offer 24/7 gym access with a monthly membership as well as other membership options. Our lobby hours are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 8 a.m. to noon Saturday.

Personal training and tanning bed services also are available.
